If your friend or relative, may be your son or your husband meets with any kind of failure or disappointment, you advise them to move on, you empathize with them to make them come out of their shell but when same thing happens with Ourselves , we become An Unkind Boss to us.
We can’t avoid mistakes and failures but we can handle them differently .
WHAT happens when you walk ? 🚶♂️ ( your one step is forward and the next is backward ) , OR when you take a Giant wheel ride or a swing or a see-saw; They can’t be fixed in one position only .Same is with life, life is like a Bicycle 🚲. It’s filled ups and downs . Not a single life you will see which has only ups and not downs .

- You can be your best friend: For a short while,it’s okay to feel sad ,disappointed and angry but falling into the self talk of beating yourself with unwanted thoughts ,be a best friend of yourself in that moment instead acting as an Unkind BOSS. It will help you empathize with yourself, when you are kind and supportive to yourself .
You can ask some questions to yourself at that moment ??
*How would I have supported my loved ones in this situation ?
*Then accordingly treat yourself the same way !
Whether it’s a situation or things, everything is temporary. Nothing remains for permanent. We put so much emphasis on situations that are not even in our control . A mistake ,a failure is temporary. It will never be the same after a certain period of time . So next time Ask yourself ??
